Our focus on ecological and community benefits is a cornerstone for us. We are a proud employer in the local community; we use local produce and renewable energy wherever possible. We harvest fresh vegetables from our kitchen garden. Most of the day and night, our power comes from solar energy, with a generator for use during high demand periods. We recycle all of our waste and especially the biological waste in a bio-digester/biogas generator which was built using local materials but to an advanced design
